Ravioli's
Pasta Recipe:
3 Eggs
1/4 c. cool water
1 tsp. olive oil
3 C. Flour
Put All Ingredients in your Kitchenaid Mixer Until you have a ball forming. Take out on Clean, Floured Surface and Roll to desired thickness or roll out and then on a higher speed, add to your Kitchenaid Pasta Roller.
FOR RAVOLI'S:
I use Norpro Ravioli Maker & Press. Drape rolled sheet dough over white plastic bubble side.
Add metal press to create your pockets.
FLIP over & Fill With Desired filling (Spinache/Ricotta, Italian Sausage, Artichoke, Garlic Chicken, Rosemary & Ricotta etc.):
Boil water with 2tsp. salt. and add your Ravioli's. Strain and serve topped with Marinara, Parmesian, Alfredo or Pesto! You can even bread your ravioli & deep fry them! Which is a great Appetizer!
