Fennel Salad with Lime and pomegranate
Fennel Salad with Lime and pomegranate
2 Fennel bulbs, sliced
1/2 thinly shaved red onion
2 garlic cloves
2 TBS chopped FRESH dill
4 TBS Italian Parsley
1 mild chili
1 TBS cilantro
sea salt
4 TBS. olive oil.
zest and juice of 1 lime
3 c. salad greens
mix liquids and garlic, toss with ingredients and top with:
2 pomegranates, seeded and cheese of your choice!
