My Cinnamon Rolls

Dough:

4 egg yolks

1 whole egg

1/4 c. sugar

6 TBS Butter

 1/2 C. Buttermilk (OR 1/2 c. Milk plus 1 TBS vinegar left to sit for 5 minutes)

4 c bread flour

2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

1 1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Set bread Maker on "Dough"  and put all ingredients IN. Approx 1 hr 20 - 30 min
I put the ingredients in the breadmaker before bed, and get up the next morning and make them.

Filling:

3 c. brown sugar

1c. + 1/2 c. butter, softened

6 TBS. Cinnamon 

1 tsp vanilla

(Mix in a bowl & set Aside)

1. Prepare Dough in Bread maker, reserve 1/2 c. butter for the end. 

2. Roll Dough out flat into a huge rectangle. 

3. Spread Brown sugar mixture on thickly on dough

4. Roll dough slowly from short end of retcangle to the other end, and cut in 1 1/2" thick slices. to look like cinnamon "rolls".  

Place ea. in 13 X 9" Glass Baking Pan, or baking sheet on Silpat.

Melt 1/4 stick butter and pour over Top.

350* until inside temperature is 140* (approximately 15-20 min) 

Icing:

1bag Powdered Sugar

1 stick butter

1/2 - 1 pkg Philly Cream Cheese

Beat all these together in mixer. You want it to look whipped, not liquidy, you can always add more powdered sugar, if the consistency is too thin)

Refrigerate and then top on warm cinnamon rolls!
