My Sweet Potato Pie

3 LARGE sweet potatoes, steamed, with skins removed when cool. 

4 c. sugar

6 eggs

1 can condensed milk

10 TBS nutmeg

1 1/2c. butter

Whip ingredients & pour into prepared pie shell. Bake until Knife comes out clean

350* 1 hour or more
