Homemade Pasta Recipe
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. cool water
1 tsp. olive oil
3 c. Flour
Mix thoroughly in mixer until it forms into ball. Will be dry/crumbly. Roll out onto floured surface with floured marble rolling pin.
Cut into sheets for lasagna, or ravioli. Otherwise, run through your pasta maker
Cook in salted boiling water until they float, should be al dente' not overcooked or even slightly mushy.
