Chilli Rellenos

24 oz can of green chillies whole
1/2 lb pepper jack cheese
1 lb sharp cheddar
2/3 c evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 TBS flour
1/2 tsp salt

Alternate chillies and cheese in layers
beat eggs, flour & salt.
Pour on Top of chilis and cheese and bake at 350* 50 min.
