3 lbs Tri tip or roast, 15 beef bouillon cubes, course ground pepper, cook 10 hours in crock pot or 90 min in pressure cooker on high.

Slather butter on hoagie rolls and sear.

Brush on Garlic Aoili

Add meat to rolls and top with blue cheese crumbles

strain au jus from pot and pour in cups for dipping!
