Easy Disappearing Watermelon Appetizer

 

Start By Cutting Chunks of Seedless Watermelon, 

Use a Melon Baller to hallow the inside:

Make the filling by tossing together cucumber, feta cheese, mint and a tablespoon or so of olive oil. Then, fill those cups!

 

Watch them Disappear!
