Tiramisu

1 lb. Marscapone cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs Amaretto
1 c. heavy Cream
24 Savioradi (lady fingers)
1 c. espresso
2 Tbs cocoa
1/2 c. chopped chocolate

In large bowl, whisk marscapone. heavy cream, and fold in 1/2 Amaretto

in separate flat dish, combine espresso and other 1/2 Amaretto.
Dip Ladyfingers in this and line glass bowl.

Layer Cream and ladyfingers.

Top with sprinkled cocoa & grated or chopped chocolate and
